**Full-Time**:
**Responsibility**:

- Oversee the daily operations of Finance Department
- Ensure all financial and statutory reports are accurate and submitted timely
- Ensure payments made are in order, properly verified and authorized
- Assist the Investment Committee Chairman with the management of the Investment Portfolio including the Fixed Deposits
- Manage financial planning including daily and monthly funds management and working capital management for the Company
- Prepare annual cashflow forecast, Shareholders’ funds accounts, Insurance funds accounts for the Company and present the annual budget to the Board for approval
- Analyse actual and compare the results with the budgets
- Conduct regular review of the accounting system and procedures, and be responsible for enhancements of system
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act, Accounting Standards, MAS Regulations, Insurance Act and to respond to any queries from the MAS.
- Liaise with the internal and external auditor to co-ordinate the audit process till completion
- Liaise with the Company actuary on the annual certification of the Company’s premium liabilities and on the annual stress testing exercise
- Co-ordinate with the Company Secretary on all secretarial matters, including the annual AGM and the regular Board of Directors’ meeting

**Requirement**:

- Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification in Accountancy; CPA preferred
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a senior finance leadership role of a financial services firm
- Strong foundation in finance and in-depth understanding of internal controls, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and accounting standards
- Familiar with MAS regulatory reporting requirements and IFRS 17 knowledge
- Numerically-inclined, meticulous and well-organised
- Highly driven with the ability to drive result and ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
