**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an accomplished **Master Data Management**professional for a pivotal role in

shaping enterprise-wide data governance strategies. This position offers the chance to:
Design and implement robust MDM frameworks for a market-leading organization

Drive digital transformation through data excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, innovative environment

**Key Responsibilities**

Establish comprehensive master data policies, governance frameworks, and quality standards

Design scalable data architecture to support business growth and digital initiatives Ensure seamless data integration across ERP (SAP/Oracle), MES, and PLM systems Lead data migration, cleansing, and validation projects Develop and monitor data quality KPIs and improvement initiatives
- Provide expert guidance on MDM best practices to stakeholders

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or related field

5+ years of MDM experience, preferably in manufacturing / tech / life sciences Expertise in ERP systems and MDM tools (Informatica, Profisee, etc.) Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Relevant certifications (CDMP, DGSP) preferred but not mandatory
