**Responsibilities**:

- Process daily operations of the IT department.
- Install and configure software and hardware, ensuring technical deployments, upgrades, and patches meet security policy, baselines, and standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
- Cooperate with Head Office, General Administration, and vendors on IT-related projects, issues, and settings.
- Check IT-related asset inventory.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Prioritize and mange several open issues at one time.
- Other job duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in Electronics/ Electrical /IT /Computer/Mechanical Engineering or related.
- Familiar with handling network, hardware, software issues as well as Microsoft products and operating systems.
- Good understanding of PC/Notebook products and repairs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both in written and verbal.
- Able to work in a team and independently on project timelines.
- Fluent in spoken and written in both English and Mandarin (To handle queries and concerns from English and Mandarin speaking counterparts in Taiwan).
