Singapore OCEANSTAR MARINE & OFFSHORE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle, manage incoming Enquires, Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation to Bid (ITB), Invitation to Tender (ITT) which may encompass from engineering packages, EPC, or professional services.
- Coordinate with external clients and internal clients/stakeholders/subcontractors to acquire all necessary inputs for the preparation of the proposal.
- Prepare, review, draft, amend, negotiate and the like for related commercial documents (proposals, contract terms and conditions, project statements, letters, etc) from receipt of RFQ, ITB, ITT, etc till award of Contract.
- Upon award of Work Order, Contract and the like, follow up with the commercial management for the awarded work, which include drafting, preparation of variation order request, follow up for variation order from clients, follow up for progress/milestones/completion certificate from project team, preparation of billing and invoicing as per milestones/progress/variation, drafting of letters to clients which may include re-scheduling, additional claims, etc. Follow up for payments from client when payment due.
- Maintain status register for enquiries, work order, invoices and the like.
- Carry out marketing activities to prospective/existing clients, which include visiting at client’s office, presentation/introduction of company services, preparation of specific presentation for specific project to specific client.
- To develop, prepare presentation or excel spread sheet or reports as required
- Handle the same for other entities as required.
- To assist, facilitate and prepare to provide necessary commercial documents for company audit.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in an Engineering discipline
- 5 years’ experience in the engineering consultancy or fabrication yard (shipyard or module fabrication yard) in the marine offshore industries, familiar with FPSO/FSO/FPU/Jack Up/Drilling Rig/MOPU.
- Ability to work well in a challenging fast paced dynamic working environment and independently.
- Proficient is MS Office suites
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Bidding and Contract Management skillsets
- Ability to handle customers and internal stakeholders professionally
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia will be great (To China Shipyard and Indonesia Client).
- Willing to travel regionally (i.e SEA, China, etc...)
