Project Package Manager

**Role**
- Responsible for all projects planning, progress, reporting and delay activities; Ensure KPIs are updated and lessons learnt (LL) on performance are shared between projects
- Perform and implement all post contract duties such as measurements, preparation of variation orders, analysis of site design changes, interim valuation certificates, final accounts and evaluation reports
- Assist in preparing cost estimates for different phases of the project, advise the project management on possible cost overruns and on the action necessary to remain within the approved project budget, including risk analysis
- Primary point of focus with Finance Manager for monthly TCC review and forecast consolidation
- Work closely with project team to ensure measurements, variations and contractual matters are properly recorded and notified; Lead internal contract and commercial reviews for projects
- Responsible for coordination of all Quality Surveyors at site and ensure strong re-measurement processes are in place, monitored and duly reported to clients per contract requirements. It involves regular review/update of BOQs and coordinate any schedule and cost updates due to changes in quantity
- Review all material take-offs prior to the purchase requisitions for projects and report any irregularities or discrepancies to the project management
- Participate in all vendor or suppliers progress meetings and follow up with project delivery dates and documentation progress
**Requirement**
- Tertiary Education in Engineering or Management, or holding professional PMP or equivalent certification
- 6 years of experience in similar role preferably within the energy sector
