You will be a part of HPB’s Healthier SG (HSG) Programme Management Office (PMO) to support the Board’s vision in fulfilling its key HSG role as the lead provider of healthy lifestyle interventions and collaborating with other providers to meet the preventive health needs of the HSG’s enrolees. The HSG PMO reports directly to HPB CEO.

**Scope**

As a key member of Healthier SG Programmes Management Office team, you have the opportunity to work with many stakeholders and perform tasks at the matrix-level such as:

- Perform programme management across various workstreams, including tracking of project timelines and milestones, budget management;
- Perform secretariat role for HPB HSG weekly update, including calling for agenda, taking notes of meetings and coordinating updates across HPB HSG workstreams;
- Responsible for coordinating latest updates to be used for presentations and/or attendance at MOH platforms;
- Consolidate and track latest changes to MOH POHs’ and senior management’s key policies and considerations, and HPB’s senior management’s guidance on HPB’s positions and approaches;

Last but not the least, you are also expected to setup project monitoring framework, facilitate weekly update meetings, and records maintenance.
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Good programme management skills to coordinate across multiple workstreams/projects
- Experience in engaging and managing partners and stakeholders
- Good written/ verbal communication skills, negotiation/influencing and conflict management skills
- Able to work independently, take initiative, think objectively and have strong ethical standards and high level of integrity to adhere to regulations and compliance
- Versatile, organised, able to juggle multiple projects and prioritise workload
- Committed, resilient and adaptable to the dynamic changes in the Healthier SG development

The individual should also:

- Have good teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills to work closely with other internal and external partners to make a positive change for HSG enrolees
- Be detail-oriented and strong in implementation to handle the end-to-end programme management.
