Shop Manager for 24-Hour Minimart

**About Us**:
A 24-hour mínimart dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a wide range of products to our community. We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth operations around the clock.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the mínimart, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance, fostering a positive team culture.
- Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Analyse sales data to optimize product selection and merchandising strategies.
- Implement promotional strategies to increase foot traffic and sales.
- Prepare reports for upper management on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Able to work on public holidays.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a convenience store or mínimart setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and basic financial principles.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field preferred.
