Job Description**
Regional Partner Program Managers** (PPM) work alongside the Sales, Partner Sales Managers and Partners within their geography to provide overall operational consistency in alignment with the global program.
The PPM junior will support the Geo PPM in the implementation and maintenance of the Partner Program, from the contract management and the partner onboarding, to the deal registration review and all processes reinforcement to assure partner data hygiene.
The PPM junior will also be responsible for the setup of all needed enablement activities, both on the sales and on the technical sides, to raise awareness, maturity and self-sufficiency.
The PPM junior will be an organized person, capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities. He/she will have excellent communication skills, and will be able to present to all audiences, from the technical operations to the regional leaders, and will be able to solve conflicts as needed.
The PPM junior will concentrate on a region, where he/she will take responsibility for the operational tasks, enforcing the processes, and reporting on them, but he/she will also work on the global distributed PPM team, contributing to the definition and improvement of the processes with clear and innovative ideas.
