**Job Description**:

- Perform Customer facing tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, providing information and services and attending to walk-in enquiries/requests from students, visitors and suppliers in the General Office.
- Management of records such as maintaining and updating filing and inventory.
- Manage lost and found items and delivery of goods.
- Maintain sickbay records and taking care of students at sickbay, including early dismissal of students due to medical reasons and providing basic first aid to injured students.
- Secretarial tasks such as arranging appointments, organising meetings, calling students and parents for fee arreas etc.
- Perform other related administrative duties as required by School Leaders and Admin Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably three (3) years of experience as Receptionist with administration experience in a school environment

Working Hours:

- Mondays to Thursdays: 6:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 6:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Contract Period:

- 1 Year (Option to Extend 1 Year)
