**Responsibilities**
1. To develop, defining and implementing short
- and long-term manpower plans and set up of Human Resources Management Systems
2. Formulate and synchronize HR related policies, procedures, and practices.
3. Oversees and manage the human resource functions and programs, including, but not limited to performance and talent management; productivity; recognition and morale; compensation and benefits; insurance; training and development; disciplinary matters; employee relations
4. Provide suggestions on Human Resources Strategy, Organizational Construction, Administrative Management, etc regularly and attend all enquiries pertaining to Human Resource Management.
5. Overall forecasting and planning of the company's Human Resources and review & benchmark salary structure to ensure competitiveness
6. Act as the core backbone of the business team. Responsible for the construction of the company's core team and promote the core talent echelon training plan within the company
**Qualification**
- Possess bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management or related professional background
- Preferably more than eight years of relevant work experience
- Strong influencing, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Group Management Experience is preferred
- Familiar with local compliance with employment laws, regulations & other HR statutory requirements
- Possess strategic, tactical thinking and the ability to build and integrate different work teams
