Your challenge
Responsible for the implementation of and adherence to people & organizational development concepts, programs, and policies with a focus on the necessary regional/local customizations for the region APAC
Driving the development and implementation of new concepts, programs, and measures in alignment with the regional HR Business Partner according to the business needs
Steering the implementation by considering local adaptation needs of the Talent Management (TM) and Performance Management (PM) process of the MANN+HUMMEL Group within the region, including supporting strategic succession and development planning
Supervision and further development of the global employee evaluation process as part PM in the region
Implementation and further development of processes, tools, and programs as part of the HR strategy including the active shaping of (future) topics, e.g., digitalization, diversity & inclusion or 360° feedback
Collection, analysis, and interpretation of relevant talent management KPIs and deduction of actions to strengthen the talent development and succession planning for the region
Key contact for local HR Managers in all people & organizational development topics to ensure knowledge transfer in the region as well as interface to managers and employees
Responsible for training methodologies, team
- and strategy workshops as well as selection and deployment of external trainers, coaches, and mentors for the TM initiatives
**Profile**:
**Education**:
Master / Degree in associated disciplines such as Business Sciences; Organizational Management; Psychology/Social Sciences.

**Experience**:
At least five years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position

**Required Skills**:
Profound experience in the design and implementation of various development methodologies as well as experience in leading cross-functional projects
Coaching certification is an advantage
Digital affinity and experience in the use of SAP SuccessFactors

**Competencies**:
Assertiveness coupled with positive charisma, empathy, and flexibility
Innovative and passionate way of working
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Confident and professional appearance as well as experience in managing international stakeholders of different hierarchical levels; intercultural competence
Strong communication skills in leading change in talent management
