Singapore Abroad Internships Full time

**Mission/Vision of the company**:
This company has an online
- and offline platform that provides solutions for a healthy lifestyle to consumers and businesses. They sell organic and natural food solutions that comply with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

**Internship**:
During this internship you will be part of the finance and management team at the office in Singapore but you would also be working with colleagues that are working overseas. You will report directly to the senior management about your responsibilities.

**Profile Student**:
You are a well-rounded, dynamic and ethical person with a passion for the organic lifestyle. Learning, being challenged and growing with the company is your goal. Moving to Singapore is your dream but you should enjoy traveling internationally for work as well since that will be 30% of your work time. You are someone that is highly organised and can take the responsibility of filing financial records and statements properly. You are also a trustworthy person because you need to keep full confidentiality.

**Field of study**:

**Daily tasks**:

- Sales analysis and forecast
- On
- and offline paperwork
- Study and analyse trade receivables and risk control
- Take care of insurance of products
- Provide direct support to the CEO or COO and perform ad-hoc tasks they assign
- Oversee administrative work in relation to product logistics, communication with suppliers, import and export activities and company events
- Assist with special projects and take responsibility for development, administration and promotion of those
- Conducting due-diligence and ensure deadlines and targets are completed
- Oversee and supervise filing and finance documentation management

**You are/have**:

- Good in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent understanding of business processes
- Experience in preparing business presentation decks
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Able to work in a start-up and high-tech environment
- Able to manage stress
- Detail-oriented
- Global perspective and keen to learn about international business
- Good at creating spreadsheets
- Very good at Excel and understand financial modelling and forecast tables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of finances
- Experience with bookkeeping
- Ambitious, organized, responsible, efficient, hardworking, resourceful, loyal and time-conscious
- Passionate about improving society and create social impacts
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Understanding of the 17 SDG goals and passionate about sustainable development solutions
