**Corp Social Responsibility Specialist**:

Qorvo's Corporate Social Responsibility program forms the basis of our ethical standards, policies, and business practices, and is our guide and management policy for maintaining our status as a good, global corporate citizen. As a global corporation, Qorvo is accountable for our actions and policies that affect people, our local and extended communities, and the environment.

A broad business understanding and collaboration across multiple disciplines (Human Resources, EHS, Legal/Compliance, Supply Chain, etc.) are required to ensure deployment of robust and scalable internal and supply chain CSR monitoring.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate Qorvo CSR requirements to suppliers
- Monitor supplier progress on audit scheduling, corrective actions, and training activities
- Partner with Sourcing and Supplier Quality Engineers to drive progress on supplier CSR action items
- Maintain and analyze data from various Qorvo systems to support internal and external CSR reporting
- Conduct a wide variety of external research and analysis to support risk-mitigation efforts

**Qualifications**:

- BA/BS degree in supply chain management, sustainability, environmental science, or other CSR-related field
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English; Japanese language skills highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn about CSR
- Relevant internship or 1-2 years work experience preferred, but not required
- Fresh graduates who have keen interest are welcome to apply
