**About the Role**:
This role will work with marketing, finance and data science teams, deep dive into analytics and provide insightful analyses to improve marketing campaigns and product performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Finance Business Partnering - Commercial Support to the Sales and Marketing functions to deliver commercial and strategic objectives
- Performance insights and optimisation. Analyse key business drivers to develop commercial insights to drive business performance and Go-To-Market activities
- Review and monitor the financial controls in the commercial functions to ensure risk to the business is minimised.
- Budgeting and forecasting: Development of business plans with business stakeholders and presenting to ELT
- Analyse the success level of Go-To-Market activities
- Transformation: Support the sider marketing team by providing analysis and adding insights through technology.
- Support cost optimisation strategy
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies

**Key Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, Finance or a related discipline
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience with good understanding of current analytics, data platforms, infrastructure, data trends, portfolio on data-driven and customer led products, services and/or processes
- Strategic thinking, strong planning, analytical, design thinking and problem solving skills
- Able to work independently, a good team player and resourceful with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on, independent and proactive with strong project management skills
- Strong in story boarding, preparation and presentation in power-point Strong BI reporting and system skills (Excel, SQL, Tableau or Microstrategy for example) are an advantage
- Resourceful and able to find ways to obtain relevant data to complete the analysis work
- Empathy, curiosity and the drive to learn more
- Able to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Self-starter with the zest to contribute
