Project Executive, Facilities Project Services

You will be responsible to plan and manage the hospital projects to meet cost, time, quality targets, statutory requirements, corporate goals and objectives, also to ensure that the specifications meet with statutory requirements.**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Plan and conduct feasibility studies, analysis of infrastructure construction costs, prepare estimated budgets and project schedules.
- Collate, update and administrate building plans and architectural drawings
- Conduct feasibility studies and concept plans for new facilities
- Provide design / project engineering support, general technical advice
- Manage development projects and ensure completions are within the desired time, cost and quality standards
- Assist the HOD in cost control as well as day-to-day general administration
- Conduct system studies to improve procedures and methods related to the department
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor / Head of Department
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or Building-related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in management of multi-disciplinary fast-track projects and project teams.
- Good team player with strong interpersonal communication and organization skills
- Familiar with project management tools and techniques
