- Prepare patients and set up the room and equipment, supplies according to the procedure requirement
- Maintain safe environment through properuse of equipment and adherence to infection control practices
- Check consent for correct patient, correct type of procedure and site
- Fetch pre-operative patient to operating/procedure room
- Assist in safe transfer and positioning ofpatient

- Required Competencies and Capabilities (Skills, Experiences and Professional Licences)
- A recognized NITEC in Nursing Certificate or equivalent of Diploma in Operating Department Practice(OPD) as approved by the institution
- Minimum 1-2 year of perioperative experience or acute care setting for foreign applicant
- Desirable to be fluent in spoken and written English
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word/Excel
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess initiative and keenness to learn

- Able to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and PHs
- Working irregular call hours if required
