**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Trip101 is a one-stop guide for travel enthusiasts around the world. Supported by an ever-growing community of travel writers, we provide inspiration and information to help facilitate travel in a fun and meaningful manner. Be it destination guides, accommodation reviews or travel tips, Trip101 always shares the freshest travel content from around the world.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY**:
**Core responsibilities**:
Task-related:

- editing curated copies from our community of freelance writers.
- helping to publish edited articles on company website

Project management related:

- managing teams to ensure that editorial goals and deadlines are met.
- managing queries from in-house editors and freelance writers.
- helping content managers with project planning and execution.
- helping with training new joinees
- helping with team hiring [on need basis]
- attending/leading standup calls with team

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:
**Traits that we are looking for**:

- You are savvy and knowledgeable about online blogs or publications.
- You are meticulous and detail-oriented, and good at managing deadlines and tasks.
- You can work independently but also have good communication skills to report areas of improvements, or issues that surface during work.
- You are not afraid to critically challenge what is presented to you, with the aim to improve the workflow and work quality.
- You are proactive and take initiative to propose new ideas and new ways of doing things.

**Good to have**:

- You have prior experience in the editorial industry, specifically in writing, proofreading, content planning or researching.
- You have prior experience in project management, good at working with people from different teams, and is comfortable with handling different projects simultaneously.
