Keppel Infrastructure provides solutions for some of the world’s most pressing challenges through its power & renewables, environment and new energy businesses by leveraging its proprietary technology, strong technical expertise and proven operating capabilities.
The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Assist Engineer in design and engineering document/drawing preparation for both existing projects and project tenders (e.g. Electrical Single Line Diagrams, Control System Architecture, Piping and Instrumentations Diagram (P&ID), Functional Description, Design Technical Specifications / Datasheets, Review of Sub-Contractor Deliverables).- Assist Engineer in managing the equipment package including preparation of minutes of meeting, review of Sub-Contractor deliverables and compilation of project documents.- Assist Engineer in coordination and preparation of HAZOP & SIL meetings.- Assist Engineer in development of department’s training documents and organizational process assets.
Learning Outcomes:
- Understanding of the Waste-to-Energy process.- Understanding of the different stages from equipment design conception to procurement and detailed engineering design.- Understanding the overall engineering process from tendering for a project to delivering an engineering design for construction.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Currently Studying Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.- Highly motivated and full of initiative.- Deep desire for learning.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Meticulous and dedication in assignments entrusted with.
