**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and imaginative Junior Art Director to support the creative development of branding, marketing, and campaign materials. This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual sense, attention to detail, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced creative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing visual concepts and layouts for advertising campaigns, digital content, and branding materials.
- Collaborate with senior creatives, designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to execute creative ideas.
- Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
- Manage design assets and ensure consistency across platforms and touchpoints.
- Support the preparation of presentations and mockups for internal and client reviews.
- Adapt and resize key visuals for various formats and markets (print, web, social, etc.).
- Ensure all artwork is delivered on time and meets technical and brand standards.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising preferred.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a design, advertising, or creative agency.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and branding.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A keen eye for detail and design trends.
- A portfolio that showcases conceptual thinking and design execution.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Experience with social media content creation or motion graphics.
- Able to handle constructive feedback and adapt quickly.
- Interest in evolving into a senior creative role over time.
