- Plan and execute on-platform growth campaigns to attract, convert, and retain new derivatives users, boosting overall trading activity.

**Job Requirements**:

- Over 3 years of experience in derivatives products or business operations.
- Strong network and proven experience in promoting and growing derivatives products through external channels.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage analytics to optimize growth strategies and project performance.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
