Hello,

I am looking for an administrative manager for my enrichment department in Singapore cum enrichment class assistant for weekdays, 2 hours only.

**Enrichment Assistant**:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - 4-6 pm (Location: Preschool in CCK).

Duties: You will assist the enrichment teacher in running classes. This position is flexible (Friday, and another day, minimum) - so you can do all the above dates, or at least two dates, with Friday required.

$12/hour.

**Administrative Manager**:
I need to delegate the admin work for my enrichment department in Singapore, and my previous admin assistant was just let go because she was late a third time with her deadline causing inconveniences to my clients, so I am not happy.

You will be able to do this work at home, but must meet me once a month for a monthly meeting.

5 hours a week, 20 hours a month. $12/hour.

**Your duties**:

- Communicate with client managers and principals; obtain information (such as dates) and settle whatever issues needing help and management.
- Ensure smooth scheduling of company trainers - ensure documentation are sorted and settled
- Receive daily reports from trainers on the company phone, and prepare end of month staff salary hour calculations
- Update the company's website pages: (1) for parents (2) for staff.
- Take care of company's different social network when asked to
- All other work I may need you to do, admin wise

**For Admin role**:

- Must have own laptop/wifi at home. You must be good and efficient on the laptop, and can use wordpress. I will train you if need.
- You must be able to communicate politely, and professionally on the phone. You will be given a company phone.
- You must meet deadlines.
- You will need to sign a contract/confidentiality document which will be approved by the company lawyers; this to protect the company and confidential documents, IP, and other details - especially as you will be working from home and managing company materials.
- Be honest, committed, and trustworthy. In addition, you MUST be able to communicate and speak up.

You will be working closely with me; I am the CEO, and I have very high expectations. I like efficiency, good manners, committment, honesty.

I am also a very strict, assertive, upfront boss who is fair.

I would like to try hiring someone from outside of the company to see if this is better than promoting someone from inside my companies.

12 month contract.

Overall you must be:

- fully vaccinated and boosted
- preferably with experience in education
- decent command of the English language since you will be communicating with international individuals.

More work/hours may be given in time, depending on your performance, and how much I can trust you.
