**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- The Usage Program Manager will be responsible for negotiating and executing usage and acquisition offers to drive issuing sales for Citi credit cards in Singapore.
- The position will require the person to be familiar with the Dining, E-commerce, travel and lifestyle landscape & segments in the Singapore consumer market, will be required to construct and bring in cards’ usage offers from these merchants and to deliver the end to end execution of these offers to our cardholders.
- This individual will be managing the relationship of the partner merchants and vendors related the offers negotiated under his/her portfolio, and the corresponding budget.
- The individual will be also be managing the merchant-customers targeting platform and will work closely with the internal stakeholders to develop, test and execute the implementation of the platform
- The Usage Program Manager will be required to work with internal stakeholders such as legal, compliance, analytics and marketing to deliver the offers to cardholders.

**Qualifications**:

- 4-6 years in working experience - in marketing, dining, travel, finance or related segments
- Numerically strong, strong negotiation and influencing skills required
- Able to work under in a fast paced environment

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
