We're on the lookout for an exceptional **Student Care Supervisor** who is ready to take the lead in fostering a culture of excellence and care within our program. **Responsibilities**:
Empowerment through Leadership
- Lead by example, inspiring and motivating our dedicated team of student care staff to deliver the highest standard of care and support
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment where creativity, collaboration, and innovation thrive

**Creating Memorable Experiences**
- Implement engaging and enriching programs that spark curiosity, foster creativity, and promote holistic development
- Ensure every student feelsvalued, supported, and empowered to explore their passions and interests

**Building Strong Connections**
- Forge meaningful relationships with students and families, providing trusted support that goes beyond the classroom
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and community partners to create a seamless support network for our students

**Qualifications**
- Diploma / Degree or minimum 2 years SCC experience.
- A passion for working with children and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in their lives.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and empower others to reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with students, families, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (preferred)

**Experience**:

- student care: 2 years (preferred)
