Kindergarten Care

Raffles Student Care manages community and school-based Student and Kindergarten Care centres around Singapore since 2008. We inculcate values and develop life skills in our children to prepare them for life. Situated conveniently in multiple locations such as Hougang, Sengkang, Punggol, Fernvale, Ang Mo Kio, Woodlands, Tampines, Pasir Ris, Katong and Jurong West, our centres are designed with vibrant colours to be a home away from home for the children. We are looking for a **Kindergarten Care Centre Supervisor (KCS)**to head our new team in **Bedok.**

The roles and responsibilities of the KCS are as follows:

- Ensure the smooth running of the KCare Centre.
- Oversee the KCare programmes and schedules.
- Lead the KCare team in implementing the KCare programmes, setting up the play environment and resources.
- Guide and supervise KCare staff (includes induction of new KCare staff) to ensure that they are clear of their roles and responsibilities.
- Plan and manage staff scheduling.
- Manage administrative duties related to the KCare Centre.
- Engage and communicate with parents/guardians and stakeholders on a regular basis.

**Job Requirements of KCare Supervisor**:

- Hold at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (“DECCE-T”) or an ECDA recognised equivalent
- Preferable to have leadership experience in a pre-school setting.
- Experience in KCare or MOE Kindergarten advantageous.

Pay: From $3,200.00 per month
