Generalist with payroll processing experience

**Role**:
Assist the General Manager in the full spectrum of HR operations duties

and HR admin, including reporting, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, HR operations and off-boarding

Ensure HR practices are in compliance with the Employment Act and other

government legislatives

Seek continuous improvement and fine tune HR processes

Manage HR staff discipline and ensure that they perform to meet job

requirement/KPIs

Supervise and train new employees in HR and Admin and guide them to

achieve job requirement/KPIs

Perform as an Administrator for E-Leave and E-Attendance system

Ensure parameter settings are correct

Provide HR advisory to other line managers

Responsible to ensure pavroll reports are accurate and timely processed in

system

Responsible to ensure all internal HR reports(monthly report, OT report

and others) are prepared and disseminate to the respective personnel timely

**Requirement**:
Min Diploma holder

More than 3 years of experience with 1 - 2 years of supervisory/management capacity

Strong knowledge in Timesoft

Strong knowledge in Singapore Employment Act
