Stoked is seeking a Workplace Design Manager with strong technical documentation skills and design with business acumen.

Job Responsibility:

- You will be responsible for the productivity and efficiency in timely delivery of design support services to client and to Stoked team;
- quality effectiveness of results through resource planning and solutioning;
- service orientation when interacting with client and team members,
- clear and timely communication;
- creavity resourcefulness and adaptability when managing competing service deliverables.
- Responsible for providing drawing documentation for project delivery and furniture program documentation and execution.

- Successful and timely delivery of drawings, furniture installation/removal and a firm grasp of standards and inventory levels is required.

Key duties:

- Ensure conceptualization, documentation and execution of design for innovative, sustainable spaces that meet customer needs and enhance customer image while adhering to prescribed schedule, budget and quality parameters.
- Consults and strategizes with clients on workplace planning and design
- Solutioning for identified gaps in workplace strategy and the built environment constructability
- Support facilities projects by providing recommendations, analysis and solutions related to furniture and furnishings, moves and signage
- Collaborate with Stoked teammates, service partners and clients to understand interdependencies and schedules to deliver results
- Manage program budget and control variances
- Furniture and Furnishings Program oversight to include:

- Refine and maintain standards documentation
- Provide reporting that is meaningful and useful
- Inventory level management
- Produce facility drawings in various formats and media to include AutoCAD,Adobe and others
- Review design documents by others for standards compliance
- Benchmark best practices in office facilities planning
- Contribute to the account's innovation platform
- Consult and strategizes with clients on workplace planning and design
- Solution for identified gaps in workplace strategy and the built environment

Job Requirements:

- 5+ Years' experience in a similar role in a corporate setting
- Project Management experience in a large, complex environment
- REVIT (Building Information Modeling Software) is a plus
- CADD (Computer-Aided Design and Drafting) is a must
- Sketchup
