We welcome you to join our Advanced Facilities (Electronics) team in Singapore, as Civil and Structural Designer.
- Civil and Structural BIM Design for Greenfield, Brown Field clients with less supervision.
- Producing project deliverables using 3D BIM design processes preferably Autodesk Revit and other BIM softwares like Bentley Microstation/Aecosim.
- Extensive experience in Feasibility, Concept, Basic and Detail BIM drawing phases of projects and deliverables as per local code requirements
- Familiar with Autodesk Revit new project set-up, worksite environment, parametric families, Navisworks coordination and clash detection.
- Understanding of Singapore permitting process and able to generate ST submissions BIM drawings
- Coordinate and Work with multi-discipline BIM design team to deliver a coordinated BIM design based on project protocols and client expectation
- Conduct Civil & Structural BIM design reviews / technical audits
- Good organization skills and ability to communicate/liaise with various multi disciplines, clients and contractors.
- Knowledge in building, industrial, clean room and chemicals projects development.
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
- Minimum 7 years’ wide-ranging international experience in all aspects of process design for grassroots/revamp in Electronics / Semiconductor / Chemical Projects from the conceptual stage to the completion of detailed engineering
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks
- Experience in Bentley, Microstation, Aecoism, Open Building Design
