**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work as SAP ISU techno-functional consultant with modules like CS, CRM, Device Management, and Billing.
- Develop and maintain ABAP objects according to ABAP 7.4 coding standards.
- Perform data modeling using CDS Views and ABAP on HANA development.
- Understand Meter-to-Cash processes and ISU table structures.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop technical objects such as reports, interfaces, and enhancements; debug standard and custom code.
- Write and review technical specifications and unit testing documents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address process queries and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
- Conduct walkthroughs and knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders.
- Provide support for user testing and analyse production incidents to implement process improvements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of SAP ISU modules (CS, CRM, Device Management, Billing).
- ABAP coding experience on HANA, FIORI development, and CDS Views.
- Good understanding of technical and business master data in ISU.
- Experience in integration with cross modules and resolving complex technical issues.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
