**Position Overview**:
The Compliance Executive will be responsible for providing support to the Head of Infrastructure Operations, Sustainability and Compliance in the following areas: Standards Set-up, Document Control & Management, Data Analysis, Training Support, Internal Audits, Regulatory Research & Stakeholders Engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Standards set-up**:Assist in establishing, monitoring and ensuring compliance with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and sustainability regulations.
- **Document Control & Management**:Help to maintain and organize compliance documentation (i.e. policies, procedures, and audit reports).
- **Data Analysis**:Analyze compliance metrics and sustainability initiatives data and help to develop reports for management review.
- **Training Support**:Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on compliance and sustainability topics for employees.
- **Internal Audits**:Support the planning and execution of internal audits to assess compliance with ISO standards and sustainability practices.
- **Regulatory Research**:Conduct regular research on changes in relevant laws and regulations and assist in updating company policies accordingly.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Collaborate with various departments to promote compliance culture and sustainability initiatives across the organization.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science/Business/any other related field.
- Advanced knowledge of ISO standards and sustainability practices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001, LEED or EcoVadis) is a plus.
- Previous experience in compliance, quality assurance, or sustainability roles is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail; Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Preferably to be able to start on short notice.
