Pastry Baker (Day shift)

**Responsibilities**:
Daily preparation and production of bakery and pastries products by following standards and SOPs:

- Mixing and baking
- Assembly and Decorations
- Quality control
- Housekeeping and cleaning of work areas
- Responsible for the consistency and presentation of the products
- Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance to SFA /NEA guidelines.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the managementAllowances/Benefits:

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of proven experience in bakery profession as a baker / pastry chef
- Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally in bakery industry
- Passion to serve the best quality bakery items to customers
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work at Tampines Hersing Kitchen & in Non-halal environment
