- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot printers, computer hardware and any other authorised peripheral equipment
- Responsible for tracking hardware and software inventory
- Maintain clear record of incidents and take ownership and responsibility of queries, issues and problems
- Works with vendor support contacts to resolve technical issues within the desktop environment
- Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible
- Build and install SOE laptops/PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards

- Self-starter, multi-task and capable of working alone or within a team
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
