In this role we are looking for an enterprise data architect to lead the DFS data architecture roadmap across new and legacy technology areas through collaboration with Business Partners, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and partners like Microsoft and Alibaba team to drive the business value by building the scalable data platform and improve data quality, security & performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define data platform architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices; build a framework of principles to ensure data integrity across the business (including but not limited to DFS digital channels, ERP, CRM, Data Lake-house, Data Fabric, external interfaces, etc.)
- Build and maintain appropriate Enterprise Architecture artefacts.
- Design and develop the architecture roadmap for big data cloud platforms for China and Global.
- Architect the data platform for DFS, leveraging cloud native services and capabilities following best practices from industry and guidance/standards from LVMH group.
- Design data models and associated metadata for mission critical and high-volume data systems, real-time and distributed data processing systems, data lakes/data warehouse.
- Work with agile product teams in the overall IT solution focusing on the data, with the responsibility to ensure successful product design and implementation in terms of data platform integrations, data flow, database selections (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Cosmos, Redis, Mongo, ElasticSearch, etc.)
- Leading the teams to conceptualize, build and maintain the Data Infrastructure for relational as well as Big Data Infrastructure to deliver a high-performance Data Environment to process Retail, Digital, Supply Chain, and Customer Data from various partners.
- Being responsible for Infrastructure Performance and data Security Management as well as design, architecture, implementation, and documentation.
- Work with Data Platform team, Data Scientist, Business Consultant and Data engineers to build scalable Data Analytics Apps using advanced analytics.
- Navigate challenges in terms of uncertainty and focus on delivering high value at any given time
- Communicate risks and issues to different stakeholders including senior/executive management

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent
- Min. 6-8+ years of experience in data platform cloud architecture
- 6-8 years hands-on experience and a passion for data architecture in a big data environment, data warehousing, ETL processes and related services as well as experience and a very good understanding of supporting technologies such as data factory, data lake, MapReduce, and other analytics products
- 3-5 years experiences architecting big data solutions on Azure & Alibaba leveraging cloud native services (i.e., PaaS).
- Database technology & experiences - MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redis, Cosmos DB, Mango, ES, Snowflake, Synapse
- 3-5 years of designing and implementing Data Governance tools from a business perspective
- Proven experience of cross functional leadership in complex organizations with strong emphasis on influencing and collaboration
- Teach, mentor, and provide value on a consistent basis to stakeholders
- Ability to translate strategy into an operational plan and can execute delivering consistent value to DFS
- Good experience in Database Technologies, like SQL and Big Data Technologies and Database Performance Tuning
