**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position**: Account Executive
**Reports to**:Account Director

Founded in Singapore, we are a team of highly performing creatives, planners, strategists, project managers, designers, writers, and makers. We design human-led experiences with the senses in mind. In simple terms, we create experiences for impact.

We are looking for individuals with the right skillset, mindset and heartset to join us on our stage as we perform for our clients to produce content and events that will move people into action.

As a key team member, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our partnerships with clients and partners. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong, impactful relationships that drive the growth of our business and your growth in the MICE industry. You will be an instrumental part of the projects we perform, no matter how big or small; putting together strategic, creative and corporate communication pieces in place.

**To perform effectively as an Account Executive you will need to**:

- Be confident, resourceful and independent
- Display the right attitude and take ownership of your own learning
- Provide support to the Account Director, be their understudy, grasp and understand the rationale and requirements of a project
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and observe timelines given by the Account Director.
- Source and work with all levels of partners such as vendors, venues, talents and partners to source and deliver the best options to meet project objectives
- Be assertive and able to negotiate beneficial and competitive deals for the project

**You possess the following skillset, mindset and heartset.**

With the right skillsets, you:

- have a Diploma inHospitality, MICE management or equivalent
- have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- have basic knowledge of communication and event management
- have a basic understanding and use for social media platforms; as well as app/event platforms such as WebEx, Zoom, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, etc
- have a keen interest and knowledge of trends for sensorial experiences, social trends and popular culture
- have good interpersonal skills to build and develop good relationships with partners
