**Roles & Responsibilities**

Mylo’s is a cafe and gelateria located at Waterfront Plaza in Gardens by the Bay offering Artisan coffee, tea, and snacks, Mylos has a selection of 24 flavors of all natural gelato and sorbet churned daily, we are seeking professional and fun people to join us
- Greet guests, take beverage orders from the restaurant servers or directly from guests.
- Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards.
- Provide guidance to guests.
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus and promotions.
- Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests.
- Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas.
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems (_such as, equipment problems and bar maintenance issues etc.)_ or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative course of action which may be taken.
- Clean, sanitise, restock and store bar items according to procedures.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
- Maintain a favourable working relationship with all other company employees and supplier’s to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate, which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.
- Ad-hoc duties as per assigned by superior.
