- Assist procurement manager in purchasing, coordinating delivery and logistics arrangement
- Responsible for maintaining and controlling the inventory database.
- Correspond with suppliers on pricing, products availability and delivery time so to ensure all goods arrive on time
- Responsible for requisition process for new product, from sourcing, negotiating quotations, renew contract with supplier.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding the price discrepancies and short fulfilment stock
- Prepare the list of receiving goods and ensure that all goods have arrived
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Perform all local and oversea purchasing request according to site’s order
- Requesting payment as and when necessary
Basic administrative duties including filing, scanning or copying
- Maintaining good relations with vendors and suppliers
- Perform all general administrative tasks as assigned by management
- Responsible for company vehicle road tax, COE, and etc.
- Responsible for up-stocking and maintenance of office stationaries
**Job Requirement**:

- Preferably one year experience in a similar capacity with clerical experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Minimum Educational level: 'O' Level
Pleasant disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Able to multi-task with good negotiation skills
- Team player
