**Primary roles**

Provide professional consultation to our prospective students on our program and other tasks as directed by the management team

**Responsibilities**

1. Represent ASAS professionally to provide information on available programs.

2. Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals **.**

4. Strategise and execute marketing campaigns to drive enrolment numbers

5. Manage social and online lead generation programs.

6. Manage leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

8. Work with team members on enrolment matters.

**Requirement**

1. Degree holders.

2. No prior sales experience is required. Experience in talent acquisition/recruitment is a plus.

3. Independent and adaptable with highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

4. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and sales-focused, with good follow-up skills. Possessing the right attitude and passion for recruitment is a must.

5. Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Extrovert, enjoy speaking and communicating with people

7. Experience in various internet marketing tools eg CRM, SEO, SEM, etc, is highly regarded
