**Aim of Role**

You will play a key role in communicating key brand messages and campaigns by engaging the most relevant content creators and media across a range of different sectors (beauty, lifestyle, business, tech, cruelty-free). You will also be responsible for elevating brand perception through powerful storytelling.

**Responsibilities**

1. Public Relations
- Create and deliver effective, high-quality PR and communications strategies, combining brand vision and business objectives to achieve commercial goals
- Strategize, create and execute events and experiences to share brand stories with media, influencers and the Lush community - including product launches, store openings and special events
- Draft press releases for product launches, store openings and brand and ethical campaigns
- Seek new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations
- Build & maintain good, personal relationships with influencers and press
- Coordinate press/ Influencer send outs (PR kits & information)
- Respond to media requests; pitching proactively and reactively to media
- Produce monthly reports on PR activities and press clippings

2. Marketing
- Develop a monthly editorial calendar
- Manage the production of marketing materials (posters and other printed assets)
- Generate, edit and publish content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Engage with the Lush community and provide consistent and excellent customer care
- Draft and publish newsletters to communicate key brand launches and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Beauty and PR trends
- Be reactive to the news agenda and trending topics of interest and look to join relevant conversations
- Ensure in-store events are aligned with the content calendar

3. Charitable Giving
- Serve as Lush Singapore’s Charity Pot Coordinator
- Work with charities and campaigning groups in planning and executing ethical campaigns
