Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Strategy and Collaboration:
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and target audience.
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers in the consumer goods space.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contracts and deliverables.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize ROI.
Content Creation and Collaboration:
- Work closely with influencers to ideate and create engaging content, including social media posts, videos, and blog articles.
- Ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Provide guidance and support to influencers to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact.
- Communicate the brand's values and messaging effectively to influencers.
- Foster authentic partnerships that drive brand loyalty and advocacy.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Compile and analyze data on influencer marketing campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine influencer marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer trends.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to identify innovative influencer opportunities.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing tools and analytics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
