**Job Description & Requirements**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work within the Quality Group and the Package Team and liaise with all project team members, such as Engineering, SCM Document Control and Vendor Inspection Coordinator etc.
- Participate in review Material Data sheets. development and issuance of Material Requisition/ RFQ.
- Understands and ensure quality requirements in built into the RFQs and POs documents as well as all the package specific Quality Requirements.
- Review the Technical Bid documents submitted by vendor
- Engages in the review and response to the Technical Clarification on Quality related issues
- Issues Quality Bid Technical Evaluation report for each Bid Package
- Participates in PO award recommendation
- Interfaces with the Vendor Inspection Coordinator wherever source inspection is required.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in equipment procurement for oil & gas/ offshore industries.
- Possess CompEx certified (Module 11), ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, NORSOK / PED requirement, ASME / ASTM / API codes, DNV-GL codes and standards and basic knowledge of NDT
