**Job Description of temporary psychologist**

The roles of the job holder(s) within the CIFP, HTBSC, are broadly categorised under the following:

- **Support National Scam Awareness Campaign (aka Scam Knowledge Quiz)**

The job holder is required to:

- Conduct research and generate ideas and plans regarding the concept, design and conduct of the scam quiz to achieve its desired KPI (e.g., 1 million unique participants, cater to different sub-populations of Singapore)
- Coordinate with numerous stakeholders and vendors in the pre-, during-, and post-periods of the scam quiz to ensure the successful implementation of the quiz
- Design, track and report relevant measurable performance indicators of the quiz
- Support the administrative, logistics, and financial aspects of the quiz
- Respond to incidents involving participants of the quiz
- Support the marketing and publicity strategies of the quiz
- Prepare pre-, during-, and post-scam quiz materials to apprise management of progress and outcomes
- **Provision of other services**

In addition, the temporary psychologist will be required to support the team in other projects. These responsibilities may include:

- Assist CIFP in research, planning, organizing and conducting of anti-scam public education efforts.
- Organise resources for initiatives such as seminars, talks and appreciation events.
- Coordinate training projects undertaken by staff and making available resources for staff to adequately meet project requirements.
