**What You'll Do**

You will be responsible for:

- Creating and deliver training on AppDynamics Technologies
- Delivering enablement sessions across APAC region
- Working closely with APAC region leadership in scoping and delivery of training
- Liaising with various parts of the organization to prepare, collate, curate and deliver trainings related to product and other technical concepts or cloud services, in addition to relevant/related industries.
- Advise and collaborate on how product updates might influence/augment/change existing enablement content.
- Building sales facing content across technical areas
- Attend conferences acting as SME and provide technical training
- Identify and close knowledge gaps across key field teams and customers
- Act as trusted advisor to the SE community on all things FSO

- Passionate about, and understands, driving multiple technologies into the market.
- Strong knowledge of competitive landscape
- Resilience to accept change and adapt quickly
- Experience as a Sales Engineer is table stakes for this role, in addition to:

- Experience in Technical Sales Engineer roles, or Technical Sales Enablement, or Technical Evangelism
- Bachelor’s Degree or applicable experience
- Strong experience in technical mentorship
- Have the ability to talk about multiple technologies as a solution
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, providing timely progress/result reports to the right audiences.
- Work cross-functionally across multiple organizations in the company including Other Cisco BUs, Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and Sales Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good judgment, and instincts. Ability to collaborate with and influence other teams to get things done, with tact and without formal authority.
- Experiences building repeatable structures that help usher in operational rigor, while promoting insight to management, customers, and partner teams.
- Enjoy relating to a diverse set of users and creating products to meet their needs.
- Be passionate about feedback and continual improvement.
- Comfortable with speaking at all organizational levels and to collaborators across boundaries (internally and externally)
- Experience in industry leading packaged software in different verticals like SAP
- High-Level understanding of Application Security
- Understanding of DevOps (CI/CD practices and tools, deployment methodologies, etc.) Strong technical background and understanding of complex software environments
