**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the firm's secondaries software solutions
- Identify and prioritize target market segments, including GPs, LPs, and dedicated secondaries funds
- Collaborate with product management to ensure solutions meet the unique needs of secondaries investors
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team with deep domain expertise in private equity secondaries
- Drive strategic partnerships with leading secondaries firms to accelerate adoption of the firm's solutions
- Develop thought leadership content to position the firm as a market expert and trusted advisor
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market plans

**Key Relationships**:

- Maintain close relationships with the leadership teams of mid-tier private equity secondaries firms (Family Offices, UHNWs, Private banks).
- Partner with product management to ensure solutions meet the evolving needs of the secondaries market
- Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling content and campaigns targeting secondaries investors
- Work closely with sales to provide strategic guidance, training, and support to drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Engage with industry associations and media outlets to raise the firm's profile in the secondaries space
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities

By owning the go-to-market strategy and building deep relationships across the secondaries ecosystem, the GTM Manager plays a critical role in driving adoption of the firm's solutions and accelerating growth in this rapidly expanding market segment
