We're seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Partner Marketing Manager to drive joint go-to-market strategies and programs with our key partners. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that accelerate partner-sourced pipeline, amplify co-branded messaging, and deepen partner engagement.
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, digital marketing teams, and global partner organizations to deliver integrated marketing plans that create real business impact.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead Strategic Partner Marketing Initiatives: Develop and execute high-impact joint marketing strategies with focus partners to drive pipeline growth, brand awareness, and partner acceleration/development
- Drive GTM Alignment: Collaborate with partner sales, field marketing, product, and global marketing teams to ensure cohesive and aligned go-to-market campaigns and programs.
- Own Partner Campaign Development: Design and deliver scalable, multi-channel co-marketing campaigns, including demand generation, ABM, events, and digital programs tailored to partner ecosystems.
- Manage Partner Marketing Fund & Budget Planning: Oversee Partner Marketing Fund (PMF), including planning, allocation, execution, and performance tracking to ensure ROI and compliance.
- Strengthen Partner Relationships: Act as a key marketing liaison with focus partners, ensuring regular communication, joint planning, and performance reviews.
- Analyze and Optimize: Measure the effectiveness of partner marketing programs using key KPIs (pipeline generation/ influence, lead quality, engagement rates, etc.), and continuously optimize strategies based on insights.
- Enable and Advocate: Leverage, tailor and localize global tools, content, and enablement programs that empower partners to market and sell more effectively; champion partner success stories internally and externally.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor competitive activity and industry best practices to continuously innovate and elevate the partner marketing function.
**Qualifications**
- 6+ years of experience in B2B partner, channel, or alliance marketing roles, with a focus on the APJ region.
- Solid understanding of partner ecosystems (e.g., distributors, resellers, MSPs, ISVs, or technology alliances).
- Proven ability to develop and execute co-marketing programs that drive demand and partner engagement.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and stakeholders across regions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—able to influence without authority and work cross-functionally.
- Comfortable working with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics dashboards.
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and results-focused with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
