**Assistant Manager, Trade Marketing**:

**HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEARN?**
- Fulfill the role of a member of the Trade Marketing department in areas not limited to the below:

- Develop, plan and manage trade marketing related functions
- Take charge of business activities aligned with objectives and in compliance with legal and policy requirements including activities executed by Trade Reps
- Manage HKTB in-house systems including the trade pages of Discover Hong Kong
- Implement effective trade tactical programs (including integrated promotions led by other function teams) via
- Develop innovative and actionable plans
- Solicit deals from partners in SEA and Hong Kong
- Develop effective marketing plans to communicate with consumers
- Manage and motivate relevant parties in SEA and HK.
- Initiate and organise travel missions, trade briefings, travel fairs and related consumer & trade co-op programs.
- Develop MICE market & business segment to generate MICE traffic to HK.
- Establish and maintain rapport with travel trade through regular sales calls, product updates and other forms of engagements.
- Keep up to date on market intelligence through a vigilant watch over travel trends, competitors’ activities, socio-economic, political developments in the markets of coverage and region as a whole.
- Manage budgets to ensure execution of all programs are within budget. Perform accurate and timely tracking and reporting of all results and expenses.
- Manage stock inventory.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing
- Minimum 3-4 years of related experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
- Resourceful team player, results-oriented, self-motivated
- Able to multi-task with strong problem solving skills
- Able to work under pressure and at hours outside the normal call of duty
- Good organisation skills, meticulous attention to details
- Duty travel is required

**LOCATION**:

- The position is located in our Singapore Office.
- We do not offer moving allowances from other cities.
