Roles & Responsibilities
- 5-Day Workweek

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT**
Location**: Changi Airport
**Duration**:Permanent / Rostered Schedule / Rotating Shift
**Salary**:$1735.00 (Basic) + $65.00 (Uniform Allowance) + $9/$16 (Afternoon/Overnight Shift Allowance) + OT Pay

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure passengers experience smooth processing from the check in to their flights
- Assist passengers with their Check-In luggage
- Scanning of relevant documents
- Answer any question passengers may have about Airport procedures

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels; No Experience Needed
- Good communication skills
- Able to commit to shift work (including overnight shifts)
