Network Infrastructure Engineer

In this role, you will:

- Be part of the Network Infrastructure team to ensure that DSO enterprise IT networks and systems are developed
- and deployed in an efficient and robust manner towards a high level of maintainability, reliability and availability.
- Provide technical expertise to support new projects to architect, design, evaluate and deploy them to the network infrastructure.
- Optimise IT networks and system performance and availability that is balanced with the security requirements
- Manage vendors in the development and deployment of IT network systems
- Drive IT productivity and improved efficiency through automation/scripting
- Collaborate with other members of the team on design and troubleshooting issues
- Perform diagnosis, troubleshoot and conduct root-cause analysis for any issues regarding the enterprise IT networks

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Information Technology/Information Technology/Computer & Communication Systems/Computer & Network Technology/Computer & Networking
- Preferred 5 years of relevant IT experience in designing, deploying and managing complex IT infrastructure systems and services
- Relevant experience in PowerShell / PowerCLI / other scripting languages
- Strong fundamental knowledge and technical hands-on experience in IT infrastructure technology and architecture, including networking devices such as firewall, VPN, IPS, switch, router, DNS, DHCP
- Experience in planning, designing, deploying and operating system technologies for complex IT infrastructure, project, contract and vendor management
