**Primary Responsibilities**
- Assist in daily function of Account Receivable (AR)
- Prepares and issues invoices and credit notes
- Prepare monthly statement of accounts for customers
- Weekly update and follow-up of wholesale collections with sales team and departmental stores
- Prepare intercompany billings of shipment to associated companies in Indonesia
- Processing and verifying of all sales receipts
- Perform AR non contra issue reconciliation, investigate and resolve unposted receipts
- Any other duties as assigned by your direct report

**Requirements**:

- LCCI /Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
- Preferably 1- 2 years of relevant working experience in **AR**:

- Prior experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage
- Well organized and structured thought process
- Meticulous with attention to details
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with systems
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Speed and accuracy in terms of work quality
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced envirionment
