- Has min. 6 years of relevant experience in supervising and in engineering production industry.

**Technical and Project Management Skills**
- Able to determine of tooling, equipment and part designs meet requirements.
- Able to meet project schedule, along with contingency plans.
- Has strong technical skills in materials resourcing, manufacturing, quality control and product design skills.
- Able to use CAD to design equipment
- Able to manage and lead mutliple projects.
- Design, manufacture and install components that fulfill requirements.
- Analyse defects and develop solutions to resolve them.
- Able to understand engineering drawings.
- Able to run simulations and analyse test data.
- Carry out in process measurements and maintain product quality.
- Monitor all Production Plan to ensure all of the proceduction process follows the standard procedures.

**Leadership, Communication and Analytical Skills**
- Able to lead, including supervision of external contractors etc.
- Able to keep within project's budget.
- Has highly analytical skills, with exceptional problem-solving documentation.
- Has great interpersonal and communication skills, especially when communicating with staff.
- Exhibit teamwork by working together with other deparments.
- Do ISO documents.
- Maintain continity amoung work teams by documenting and communicating actions.
