• Working Location: Hougang - Defu Lane
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5.45pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus (At least 1 month)
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and specifications to define project needs.
• Create precise cost estimates that include labor, materials, and other expenses.
• Generate detailed quotations with technical descriptions, cost breakdowns, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure quotations align with company pricing strategies and competitiveness.
• Review engineering drawings to assess project feasibility and identify optimal manufacturing processes with engineering and production teams.
• Provide technical support and project feasibility assessments to sales teams and clients.
• Issue production drawings to support manufacturing.
• Stay updated on material costs, labor rates, and manufacturing technologies to refine cost estimation methods.
• Use historical data to track cost trends and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to enhance quotation efficiency.
• Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and address concerns.
• Participate in project kickoff meetings for seamless transition from sales to production phases.
• Maintain accurate records of all quotations and perform trend analysis to foster improvements.
• Innovate quotation processes and stay informed on industry best practices and technological advancements.

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in mechanical engineering, preferably in quotations or cost estimation roles.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant internships may also be considered.
• Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
