- Nur Nadiah Osman Marican- Recruiter This role will be part of the Client Reporting team within Fund Operations. Client Reporting Specialists are aligned by investment strategies and responsible for all client reports produced for the business.

**6-month non-convertible contract.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate preparation and quality control of periodic reports.
- Coordinate internal data flow for timely, accurate report completion.
- Maintain up-to-date records of SLAs, IMAs, and reporting guidelines for management metrics.
- Build strong client relationships and promptly address queries.
- procedures, suggest improvements, and train new/existing staff on changes.
- Keep the Team Manager informed about significant issues, including complaints and breaches.

**Requirements**:

- Financial services experience in client reporting/administration.
- Strong portfolio investment knowledge and performance calculation.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office; Power Query/Power BI experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Effective time management to meet deadlines.
